How does the ad scheduling work?
You can create unlimited ads and set which days each ad can be posted. The system automatically selects one ad per day based on priority settings. Higher priority ads are more likely to be chosen when multiple ads are available for the same day.
When will my ads be posted?
Ads are posted once per day to the WhatsApp group. The exact time can be configured by the admin. You'll receive a notification when your ad is posted.
Can I change my ad schedule after creating it?
Yes, you can edit your ads anytime from the Manage Ads page. You can change the content, schedule days, and priority. The system will automatically update the future schedule.
How do I receive renewal reminders?
We'll send WhatsApp reminders to the number you provided 3 days, 2 days, and 1 day before your subscription expires. Make sure your WhatsApp number is correct in your profile.
